Phishing? button not appearing in Outlook on macOS

Deployed the Phishing? add-in via AlertMonitor to all devices. Works fine on Windows Outlook (desktop and web). But on macOS Outlook, the button doesn't appear in the ribbon.
Running macOS 15.1, Outlook 16.91. The add-in shows as installed in Outlook preferences.

BackupBoss_Greg10/19/2025Known limitation with Outlook for Mac and some add-in manifest types. Check if you're using the unified manifest (JSON) vs the legacy XML manifest. Mac Outlook has better support for the newer unified format.

TabletopEx_Quinn10/21/2025We had this. The fix was to enable the "new Outlook for Mac" mode in preferences, then the add-in appeared. The classic Mac Outlook has spotty add-in support.
